The lighter must not have any plastic shrink wrap, printed promotional wrap, decorative sleeve, or any other covering on the outside.

The sleeve is designed to fit only the stock dimensions of a standard BIC lighter. Lighters with added wraps or modified dimensions will not fit properly.
